I was working 80-hour weeks in tech, watching my body fall apart. Couldn't find a gym that understood what busy professionals actually need - not more time, but smarter training.

Testing Ground

Spent five years experimenting with time-efficient protocols. Trained everyone from CEOs to single parents. Learned what actually works when you've only got 30-45 minutes.

Glaivor Chronos Opens

Finally opened our own spot right in downtown Vancouver. Built it specifically for people who thought they'd never have time for fitness. Turns out, there's a lot of us.
